Mindfulness at Work: It’s Not What You Think
Learn why Mindful and Work belong together.
In this 1-hour hands-on workshop we’ll learn to:
- Use 2 minutes to improve your work while lowering stress.
- Breathe life into any meeting or conference call with 5-minute activities.
- Add 3 simple steps to your daily routine and improve any work environment.
The workshop will end with a complimentary Happy Hour to discuss what we practiced together and learn from each other.
Facilitator: Elizabeth Ross Holmstrom, Owner of BreakTogether, will guide you through simple tactics and tools to add mindful practices to improve any work day. She has led employee wellbeing and influenced positive change for nearly 20 years with local and national organizations. This workshop is based on more than a century of scientific data and practices.
