Cloudport Co-Working Space
For the first years of our lives, we had summers off, and since these years are most formative, I believe that we spend the rest of our lives longing for summers off again.
In today’s fast-paced world, many people struggle to take even a full week off from work. When they do take time, it usually involves managing other responsibilities.
What if we each had the power to create the kind of summer we long for?
Join us for this half-day workshop to:
- Envision your ideal summer and understand what gets in the way of achieving it – the answers may surprise you
- Enjoy a guided 2-mile urban walk and participate in a creative process to see the world with fresh perspectives
- Learn to celebrate the small moments of summer with resiliency techniques
- Cap the experience with a gourmet lunch together
Elizabeth Ross Holmstrom, Founder and President of BreakTogether: Mindful and Resiliency Training; and Stacy Rodenberger, Executive Learning and Development Specialist
Registration fee includes all materials and gourmet lunch.
Space is limited to 15 participants.
